For the first 1000 votes, the price remains at the minimum base price of ₹1500 (IND).
For each vote above 1000 votes, ₹1 (IND) is added to the base price for each EXTRA votes above 1000.
For example, if there are 1050 votes, the price would be ₹1550 (₹1500 + ₹50)
